Returns & Refunds Policy

At Minty Fresh, each item is made to order — printed and packed just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order.

If you receive a product that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mintyfresh.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Issues or Defects

We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The wrong item, size, or design was received

  • The product arrived damaged or with a clear manufacturing or printing defect

In these cases, you won’t be charged for return shipping or reprinting.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Since our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Items damaged due to improper care or wear and tear

  • Personalized or custom designs (unless faulty)

Please double-check your size, color, and design details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Quality Disclaimer

All items are printed and fulfilled using high-quality, on-demand processes. Slight color variations between digital previews and final prints may occur due to different display and print settings. These minor differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Minty Fresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims in these situations.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled or changed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once confirmed. Refunds are only processed after Minty Fresh verifies eligibility through photos or product return (when applicable).
